PRIVATE
1 on 1 training sessions that include full attention and awareness to your goals and needs. Making sure each exercise and movement is done correctly to avoid unnecessary pains or injuries.
GROUP
Group training sessions can include 4-5 individuals that have different goals and struggles that need work on. This type of training can also boost confidence and hold individuals accountable since everyone will be training together to better themselves.
ONLINE
If not able to make it to my facility; online training is a viable option to still meet your goals and change your habits. This type of training can range from 1 on 1 training to group training based on your preference. Weekly check-ins will be offered to hold you accountable of your progress and goals.
